Mindfulness Clubs
The two Mindfulness Clubs meet on alternating Tuesdays (as listed below and in the Quick Look Schedule above) from 11:00-12:30. We meditate in two 25 minute sessions, with a break between. We also spend 20-30 minutes in group discussion. Clubs are free of charge, but you must be an ESCOM member to attend. Use this link to join.

Directions:
Exit Hwy 101 at Ignacio. Head west for 2.2 miles to College of Marin’s Indian Valley Campus. Drive past the green building on your left, then take the next legal left turn into Lot P2. From the bus shelter at the south end of the lot, cross the foot bridge. Walk a short distance to a cluster of buildings on the right, with stairs leading to a wooden deck. The ESCOM Center is at the end of the deck, on the left, in Building 10.
Parking costs $4 in most Indian Valley Campus lots. You can pay in advance using the online system or after arriving via parking lot kiosks.
There is also a free parking area in the upper level of Lot P5.

NOTE: The Kentfield group is new and small. Because we have yet to find an alternate host for meetings I’m unable to attend, the Club may be cancelled some weeks. When cancellations occur, I send out email notifications to everyone on the Club list. If you’re not on the list, then before heading to campus, please check the above Quick Look Schedule to confirm that a meeting is scheduled for the day. (To be placed on the notification list, or if you can sometimes act as alternate host, please contact me.)
Directions:
From College Ave, turn west into parking lot P6 (if it is full you can usually find parking in one of these connected lots: P1, P7, or P9). Walk across the bridge at the north end of P6. You’ll see the Student Services Building ahead on the left. Enter through the glass doors on the lower level. Walk to the left around the display wall into a large seating area. The ESCOM Center (SS 11) is at the far end, to the right of this mural:
