Life Breathing cultivates intimacy with the flow of Life. It complements the perspectives of Mindful Biology and draws from Buddhism, yoga, and Qi Gong (all of which help us feel more energetic and alive). You can learn the practice of Life Breathing via the recorded meditations listed below, the weekly meditation club, or our regular retreats.
