Mindfulness Meditation Clubs

Mindfulness Meditation Clubs

Meditation clubs foster relaxation, vitality, and community!

At each club meeting, we meditate during two 20-25 minute sessions. The first includes basic guidance in how to practice; the second is silent. We also cultivate community with a discussion of mindfulness in daily life.
Clubs are hosted by Emeritus Students of College of Marin, (ESCOM). They are free of charge, but you must be an ESCOM member to attend. Use this link to join.
